As with traditional therapy, the beginning is hard, and it might feel worse than when you started – these are growing pains and are all part of the process.

If you prefer working out at home, your plan will be tailored to the equipment you have available. And if you don’t have any equipment, no problem—your workouts will focus on effective bodyweight exercises designed to help you build strength and confidence from anywhere.

Each week, you’ll receive a gentle reminder via the app and email to complete your check-in. You’ll answer personalised questions designed to support your journey, and once submitted, they’ll be securely stored in the app—allowing you to track your progress anytime.

As soon as I receive your check-in, I’ll review your responses and provide any necessary support to keep you moving forward. This ensures you always have the guidance and adjustments needed to make real, lasting progress.
